Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, excluding carrier transit time. Neural Mentality is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, carrier delays, or packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If an order is missing or misdelivered after being marked “Delivered,” customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. Once the carrier’s investigation is complete, any further resolution will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
